1. Delivery Destinations
Velvet Vogue Store currently provides delivery across the United States. Deliveries are made via standard tracked carrier routes to physical street addresses and eligible residential locations.
2. Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are verified and transferred to our fulfilment partners within 1 to 3 business days following successful payment confirmation. During promotional periods or peak seasons, processing may require up to 4 business days.
3. Transit Times & Estimates
Standard tracked delivery across the United States generally takes between 7 to 15 business days following dispatch. Weather events, carrier logistical bottlenecks, or regional customs inspections may occasionally affect delivery timing.
4. Tracking Arrangements
Once an order has been dispatched from the fulfilment facility, a tracking notification is generated. You can monitor your shipment directly using our dedicated Track Order portal by providing your Order ID and billing email address.
5. Separate Package Handling
To ensure swift dispatch, items originating from different specialized supplier hubs (e.g. fine pearl jewellery and hair accessories) may ship in separate parcels. If your order is delivered in multiple shipments, each package will carry an individual tracking reference at no additional cost.
6. Duties & Taxes
Standard state and local sales taxes are calculated at checkout where applicable. For standard US domestic deliveries, no supplementary customs fees or import duties are assessed to the recipient upon delivery.
